As a Strategic Accounts Manager, you will be part of our team dedicated to accelerating adoption and growth. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to support payer and contract-related issues, participate in marketing strategies, and drive business development initiatives.
- Achieve revenue and growth targets.
- Monitor and report on KPIs of assigned accounts.
Requirements:
- 2 years of experience in Medical Device Sales, Insurance Billing, or Account Management.
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities effectively.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and proficiency with MS Office.
- Strong interpersonal skills to build relationships with clients and cross-functional teams.
- Must be self-driven, maintaining consistent and prompt communication with both assigned accounts and the Strategic Accounts team.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to drive continuous improvement and to address challenges and customer inquiries efficiently.
