Job Summary
We are seeking a Strategic Accounts Manager to manage touchpoints within strategic accounts, preferably IDN Health Plans. These partnerships mutually benefit the patient, the health plan, and Phothera.
Responsibilities
Key responsibilities include:
- Working with assigned accounts to increase utilization of our products among physicians and office staff.
- Identifying opportunities to grow within dermatology across healthcare models where cost-effective treatments are essential.
- Collaborating with other departments to support IDN-related issues.
- Participating in marketing strategies to support physician and provider initiatives.
Customer Relationship Management
The successful candidate will manage relationships with IDNs, healthcare organizations, partners, providers, and KOLs in the healthcare ecosystem to enhance our market reach.
Performance Metrics
Key performance indicators include monitoring and reporting on account-specific metrics.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Experience working with large healthcare systems such as UPMC, Geisinger, VA, Kaiser.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in Medical Device Sales, diagnostics, or pharmaceuticals in an Account Management role.
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities effectively.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and proficiency with MS Office.
- Self-driven, maintaining consistent and prompt communication with both assigned accounts and the Strategic Accounts team.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to drive continuous improvement and address challenges and customer inquiries efficiently.
