What are the responsibilities and job description for the Photo Booth Technician position at Photo Bang! LLC?
Company: Photo Bang
Position: Photobooth Technician
Pay: $20/hr training period; $25 after training period, DOE, mileage reimbursed
Location: Various locations around the Denver Metro Area
Schedule: Flexible, 20 to XX hours per week
About us: Photo Bang has been building, restoring, and operating a photobooth vending business in the Denver Metro area for over twelve years. We have 30 locations and we’re looking to grow our team along with adding more locations. You may have seen our creations at places like 715 Club, The Ramble Hotel, Hi-Dive and Sputnik.
We are seeking
… a professional, dependable person to service our photobooths. This includes:
- Deep-cleaning booths with provided cleaning products
- Restocking printer paper and other materials as needed
- Booth software diagnostics
- Occasionally troubleshooting issues
- Camera testing and adjustment for sharp photos
- Checking in with location staff on each visit, asking about any potential booth issues, and just being friendly and saying hi.
- Interest in photography is a bonus!
The businesses with our photobooths are generally happy to see us and chat, so it is a great way to meet people and network. On the flip side, if you’re a big introvert this may not be a good fit. This is currently a contractor position that can convert to an employee in either a part-time or full-time role after six months of great work. We greatly value self-starting, hard-workers.
Qualifications/Requirements
Travel between service locations is required. A reliable vehicle and a smartphone are instrumental to the position (we reimburse for mileage). Also:
- High School Diploma or equivalent, but an associate degree or higher is preferred.
- 21 please! We work with a lot of places that serve alcohol.
- Familiarity with basic tools like screwdrivers, pliers, wrench, etc.
- Valid Driver License and good driving record
- Candidates must be willing to undergo and successfully pass a background check
- Lifting and carrying up to 40lbs, walking or standing for long periods
- Travel up to 100 miles per day may be required (5-20 miles/day is more common)
- Some days might involve mornings, and others afternoon into the early evening (based on business hours where our booths are located)
- Basic Windows PC skills
If interested, send us a short intro about you and why you're interested. No need for a stressful cover letter - just be yourself as we are not "corporate" by any means. Submit through LinkedIn or email intro and resume to jobs@photobang.co
