Job Overview:
Join our team at Photo EVO, a local family-owned company in Grand Rapids, Michigan, specializing in graphics production, apparel production, and photographic printing. We are seeking a skilled Printer to contribute to our DTF and UV printing staff. As a Printer with us, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and accuracy of our printed materials. We can train, but efficiencies in the skills listed below will be beneficial. Operators will be working with Rip programs, color management, 24" DTF printers, 30" UV printer, and more.

Duties:
- Operate and maintain printing equipment to produce high-quality prints according to job specifications
- Perform quality control checks throughout the printing process to ensure accuracy and consistency
- Manage color management processes to achieve desired color outcomes
- Collaborate with the prepress team to prepare files for printing
- Utilize graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite for print projects
- Handle materials, inks, and be able to work with print heads, and internal printer parts.
- Implement machining techniques as needed for specific print jobs
- Contribute to print advertising projects as required, and assist in web orders thru our DTF Michigan, and High School Fan Stand sites.

Skills:
- Proficiency in quality control processes within a printing environment
- Strong understanding of color management principles
- Experience operating press equipment for various print jobs
- Knowledge of prepress procedures and file preparation
- Familiarity with graphic design software like Adobe Creative Suite
- Understanding of machining techniques relevant to DTF and UIV Printing processes
- Exposure to rip programs, and printer maintenance a plus
