We’re looking for a confident and independent Onsite Leader to manage our event operations, drive sales, and ensure a seamless customer experience at youth sports tournaments. This role is ideal for someone who thrives under pressure, keeps their team motivated, and takes full ownership of their event’s success.
You’re a natural leader – You know how to inspire and manage a team of 2-6 Crew Members.
You excel in high-pressure situations – Challenges don’t shake you, and you keep your team calm and focused .
You’re a strong communicator – You ensure clear direction, feedback, and problem-solving on-site.
You’re sales-driven – You love setting goals, coaching your team, and closing deals with customers.
You take full ownership – You’re not just a manager; you run your event like a business owner .
You’re highly independent – You can make decisions on the fly and don’t need constant direction .
You have prior leadership experience – You’ve led teams before and understand how to drive performance .
You’re available on weekends – Events run Friday-Sunday and require travel.

The Role – What You’ll Be Doing
This position is equal parts leadership, sales, and event operations . You will oversee everything onsite , ensuring smooth execution and maximizing revenue.
Team Management & Leadership
- Lead, train, and manage a team of 2-6 Crew Members per event.
- Provide real-time feedback and coaching to improve team performance.
- Ensure all team members stay on task, hit sales goals, and provide excellent service .
