For a brief 1 minute video about us, you can check here .What will you do?Support the Account Management organization by : Creation and maintenance of Revenue Projection sheet.Add new opportunities to CRM tool (Salesforce) and keep it updated.Track and maintain all activities on CRM and / or InSight (SAM project).Review Weekly CRM Compliance and file RCA for Issues.Review Comments on PreSales / Account Management artifacts - proposals, contracts, etc.Review CRM projections daily / weekly with Executive Management.Reconcile with Engineering organization of expectation of burn on a weekly or as-needed basis.Review effectiveness of Engineering organization in their ability to meet customer expectations.Identify gaps in customer’s process that prevent effective Delivery.Measure and Track customer satisfaction at a project and account level.Negotiate and execute Master Services Agreements and / or SOWs with customers.Minimum Requirement : Bachelor's Degree#J-18808-Ljbffr
