Responsibilities:
This Data Architect will be responsible for delivering the following:
Current State Assessment:
Thoroughly document our existing analytics environment, including data sources, tools, integrations, and data flow.
Measurement Framework:
Define clear and consistent measurement methodologies for key analytics terms, ensuring data accuracy and comparability.
Gap Analysis:
Identify weaknesses and opportunities for improvement in our current data architecture, tagging strategy, and data governance practices.
Strategic Roadmap:
Develop a practical and actionable roadmap for implementing recommendations, prioritizing key initiatives to enhance data quality, streamline processes, and improve data-driven decision-making.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or Master’s in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
15 years of experience in data architecture, data modeling, and data warehousing.
Proven experience in assessing and optimizing complex analytics ecosystems.
Strong understanding of data governance principles and best practices.
Experience with a variety of data platforms and tools, including:
Data Warehouses (e.g., Snowflake, Redshift, BigQuery)
ETL Tools (e.g., Fivetran, Stitch, Airflow)
Customer Data Platforms (CDPs) (e.g., Segment, mParticle)
Web Analytics Platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics)
Marketing Automation Platforms (e.g., Braze, Marketo, HubSpot)
Tag Management Systems (e.g., Google Tag Manager, Tealium)
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Compensation, Benefits and Duration
Minimum Compensation: USD 54,000
Maximum Compensation: USD 189,000
Compensation is based on actual experience and qualifications of the candidate. The above is a reasonable and a good faith estimate for the role.
