Client is transforming its retail and e-commerce technology by adopting a composable commerce architecture to enhance content agility, personalization, and site performance. As a Tech Lead Full Stack (Composable Commerce), you will play a critical role in designing, developing, and integrating Client s headless commerce front end with Salesforce Composable Storefront (PWA Kit) and Chakra UI.
You will lead the development of reusable UI components, API integrations, and performance optimizations to create a scalable, modular, and high-performance digital storefront. The ideal candidate has strong expertise in full-stack development, headless architecture, API-driven front-end frameworks.

Key Responsibilities
Lead Composable Commerce Development: Design and implement a modular and scalable full-stack architecture using Salesforce Composable Storefront (PWA Kit) and Chakra UI.
Develop Reusable UI Components: Build foundational UI components such as mega-menu, product tiles, marketing banners, mini-cart, and drawer components, ensuring a consistent design system.
Integrate CMS & Enterprise APIs: Ensure seamless integration with Amplience CMS, Adobe Tag Manager, and Client s enterprise APIs, enabling a data-driven and omnichannel customer experience.
Optimize Performance & Scalability: Implement SSR (Server-Side Rendering), lazy loading, and CDN caching to enhance front-end performance and ensure smooth rendering across devices.
Support Hybrid Experience Transition: Establish a session bridge to connect the new headless storefront with existing site pages, allowing Client to transition to a fully composable setup in phases.
Enhance Personalization & Customer Engagement: Integrate with AI-driven product recommendations (Salesforce Einstein), content segmentation strategies, and analytics-driven UI optimizations.
Ensure Multi-Region Compatibility: Develop solutions that support both USA and Canada sites, maintaining a unified structure while accommodating regional product catalogs and language content.
Lead Best Practices & Code Quality: Establish development standards, CI/CD pipelines, and governance practices for maintainable, scalable, and high-performance code.
Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with UX designers, developers, product owners, and stakeholders to align technical execution with Client s business goals and customer experience vision.
