DevOps Engineer

We are looking for a DevOps Engineer who will work closely with developers across all our projects to define and build DevOps processes, requirements, and deployment solutions. This person will create and maintain deployment and CI/CD pipelines and assist in improvements to development workflows. They will also assist in setting up monitoring and alerting systems across physical servers and cloud environments.
Responsibilities:
Building and setting up new development tools and infrastructure
Understanding the needs of stakeholders and conveying this to developers
Working on ways to automate and improve development and release processes
Ensuring that systems are safe and secure against cybersecurity threats
Identifying technical problems and developing software updates and fixes
Working with software developers and software engineers to ensure that development follows established processes and works as intended
Regularly deploy updates and fixes
Provide technical support for deployed software and resources
Experience:
Experience as a DevOps Engineer or similar software engineering role
Good knowledge of AWS
Good knowledge of Jenkins
Proficient with git and git workflows
Working knowledge of JavaScript or Python
