Power Automate Engineer

Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and implement complex Power Automate workflows for cross-departmental business process automation.
- Integrate Power Automate with .NET backend, React JS frontend, and Oracle database for seamless data exchange and process automation.
- Build and manage custom connectors to expand Power Automate capabilities and enable third-party application integration.
- Develop and maintain data validation and error handling mechanisms within flows to guarantee data accuracy.
- Optimize Power Automate flows for efficient execution, resource utilization, and scalability.
- Identify and resolve issues related to Power Automate flows, including connectivity, data inconsistencies, and performance bottlenecks.
- Work with developers, analysts, and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into effective automation solutions.
- Document flows, processes, and configurations to maintain a knowledge base and ensure system maintainability.
- Stay updated on Power Automate advancements, proactively improve processes, participate in code reviews, contribute to standards, and monitor environment health.
Required Skills and Experience:
- 3 years developing and implementing Power Automate solutions, with a strong understanding of connectors, actions, and expressions.
- Proven experience integrating Power Automate with REST APIs, databases (Oracle preference), and enterprise systems, with familiarity in .NET and React JS as a plus.
- Expertise in data manipulation, transformation, error handling, and logging within Power Automate flows.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, coupled with excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and effectively within a team environment.
- Knowledge of data security, compliance best practices, and experience with version control systems (e.g., Git).
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with Azure cloud services (e.g., Azure Functions, Azure Logic Apps).
- Knowledge of scripting languages (e.g., PowerShell).
- Experience with other Microsoft Power Platform tools (e.g., Power Apps, Power BI).
- Oracle database experience.
- Microsoft certified: Power Platform Fundamentals will be more preferable
