What Will You Do?
- Product Strategy & Vision: Lead the development of the product roadmap, translating business goals and market trends into actionable product strategies for capital markets offerings.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with engineering, design, operations, and sales teams to deliver products that meet customer expectations and industry standards.
- Market Research: Conduct in-depth market analysis and competitive research to stay ahead of trends in the capital markets sector, identifying opportunities to innovate and improve existing products.
- Client Engagement: Engage with clients to understand their pain points, gather feedback, and refine product features to enhance user experience and satisfaction.
- Lifecycle Management: Oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of products, from ideation through to post-launch support, ensuring timely delivery and continuous improvement.
- Risk & Compliance: Work with legal and compliance teams to ensure that the product offerings adhere to industry regulations and standards, especially those specific to capital markets.
- KPIs & Reporting: Define key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success and monitor the impact of product features post-launch, adjusting strategies as needed.
- Continuous Improvement: Foster a culture of continuous improvement, iterating on products and strategies based on customer feedback, market changes, and internal metrics.
What Are We Looking For?
- Experience: At least 8 years of experience in product management with a strong focus on capital markets or financial products.
- Capital Markets Knowledge: Solid understanding of capital markets, including equity and fixed-income instruments, trading systems, portfolio management, and financial regulations.
- Technical Acumen: Strong technical background with the ability to understand complex systems and communicate effectively with engineering teams.
- Analytical Skills: Proven ability to use data-driven insights to drive decision-making and improve product outcomes.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders across various levels and departments.
- Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities, able to quickly identify issues and implement creative solutions.
- Collaboration: Proven ability to work in cross-functional teams, managing multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
- Education: A degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred.
