Job Summary :
As the Product Manager for Product Recommendation, you will lead the charge in revolutionizing how our customers discover and engage with our products. Your strategic vision and expertise will be instrumental in designing and implementing recommendation systems that enhance personalization, drive customer satisfaction, and increase conversion rates. By leveraging advanced data analytics and machine learning techniques, you will craft experiences that are not only intuitive but also deeply resonant with our diverse customer base.
What will you do?
- Develop a holistic product vision and roadmap, incorporating AI / ML as supportive tools in enhancing the e-commerce design experience, customer journey, and market positioning.
- Lead cross-functional collaboration with engineering, data science, design, marketing, and customer experience teams to align product features with broader business objectives and customer needs.
- Conduct market and competitive analysis, focusing on customer experience trends and technological advancements to optimize product market fit.
- Drive ongoing product enhancements through customer insights, feedback, and an understanding of the customer journey, using AI / ML tools to refine our offerings.
- Oversee AB testing strategies, using AI / ML tools to refine product features and algorithms, thereby enhancing customer engagement and satisfaction.
- Collaborate with data scientists and engineers to apply machine learning models that support accurate product recommendations and improve customer journey touchpoints.
- Monitor and adapt key performance indicators that reflect the efficiency of AI / ML tools in enhancing customer experience and achieving e-commerce objectives.
- Work with sales and marketing teams to develop compelling narratives for our products, driving growth and adoption among diverse customer segments.
- Remain informed about industry trends and advancements in e-commerce practices, ensuring our approach is innovative and customer-centric.
- Leverage Generative AI, both language and vision models, to enhance product recommendation capabilities, ensuring a seamless and personalized customer experience.
- Engage in hands-on prompt engineering and rapid prototyping to explore and implement cutting-edge Generative AI solutions.
