We are looking for a highly skilled Software Development Engineer in Test (SDET) with expertise in Mobile, API, and Web Application testing. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in designing, implementing, and maintaining automated test solutions to ensure the highest quality of our software products. The SDET will work closely with developers, product managers, and QA engineers to drive best practices in testing and automation.
Key Responsibilities:
Minimum Compensation: USD 38,000
Maximum Compensation: USD 134,000
Compensation is based on actual experience and qualifications of the candidate. The above is a reasonable and a good faith estimate for the role.

Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and execute automated test scripts for Mobile (iOS/Android), Web, and API applications.
- Collaborate with development teams to integrate automated testing into CI/CD pipelines.
- Develop and maintain robust test automation frameworks for UI and API testing.
- Perform functional, regression, performance, and security testing across platforms.
- Analyze and troubleshoot test failures, identifying root causes and working with developers to resolve issues.
- Contribute to the enhancement of test strategies, methodologies, and best practices.
- Implement monitoring and reporting mechanisms to track software quality metrics.
- Participate in Agile development processes and sprint planning to ensure quality is embedded early in the SDLC.
- Stay updated with emerging trends, tools, and technologies in test automation.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Total IT exp should be 5 (Sr QA Engg) 7 for QA Lead Engg
- 3 years of experience in test automation with a focus on Mobile, Web, and API testing.
- Hands-on experience with mobile testing frameworks (Appium, Espresso, XCUITest, etc.).
- Expertise in API testing tools (Postman, Jmeter, RestAssured, SOAP UI, etc.).
- Strong experience in Selenium WebDriver or similar UI automation tools, Playwright (Web Apps) Having knowledge on Cypress tool is plus (API / Web).
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, JavaScript, or C# for test automation. Preferably JavaScript
- Experience working with CI/CD tools like Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI/CD, or Azure DevOps.
- Familiarity with cloud-based testing platforms (BrowserStack, Saucelabs, etc.). Preferably BrowserStack
- Strong understanding of software testing methodologies, Agile, and DevOps practices.
- Experience with performance and load testing using tools like JMeter, Gatling, or k6 is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work in a collaborative environment.
- Experience with BDD frameworks (Cucumber, SpecFlow, etc.).
- Knowledge of security testing principles and tools.
- Familiarity with containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes.
- Experience with mobile cloud testing solutions (AWS Device Farm, Firebase Test Lab).
