Senior Data Engineer (Snowflake, AWS)
Location : Dallas, TX (Onsite)
Hiring Type : Full Time
**Job Description: **
We are primarily looking for Data warehousing, Snowflake, AWS, good data analysis skills, any Python experience preferred.
**Qualifications: **
- Bachelor’s or master’s Degree in a technology related field (e.g. Engineering, Computer Science, etc.) required with 10 years of experience
- Good experience in working with AWS (Batch, S3)
- Advanced SQL/SnowSQL knowledge and experience working with snowflake database
- 1 years of Python development
- Hands-on experience on SQL query optimization and tuning to improve performance is desirable
- Experience in job scheduling tools (Control M preferred)
- Proven data analysis skills
- Strong data modeling skills doing either Dimensional or Data Vault models
- Good to have - Working experience with some or all of the following: AWS, Containerization, associated build and deployment CI/CD pipelines, Lambda development.
- Experience with DevOps, Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery (Maven, Jenkins, Stash, Ansible, Docker)
- Experience in Agile methodologies (Kanban and SCRUM) is a plus
- Proven track record to handle ambiguity and work in fast paced environment & Good interpersonal skills to work with multiple teams in the organization
