We are seeking a highly skilled Sr. Technical Project Manager to lead our technical programs across multiple teams.
The ideal candidate will have 7 years of experience working directly with engineering teams, as well as 5 years of technical product or program management experience.
The successful candidate will be able to break down complex programs into manageable pieces, develop functional and technical user stories, and deliver them in a timely manner.
Key Responsibilities:
- Owning the success of the program, including developing and managing partner relationships
- Leading planning, execution, and delivery of projects across multiple teams
- Effectively communicating with cross-functional technical architects and leads on technical approach, dependencies, and constraints
- Anticipating bottlenecks and balancing business needs versus technical constraints
- Managing resource allocation for all projects across all technical teams
Requirements:
- 7 years of working directly with engineering teams experience
- 5 years of technical product or program management experience
- 3 years of software development experience
- 5 years of technical program management working directly with software engineering teams experience
- 5 years of experience working in an agile and/or scrum environment
