We’re expanding our operations and are seeking a Supply Chain Specialist to support our growing manufacturing and distribution efforts. The ideal candidate is highly organized, passionate about optimizing supply chain processes, and eager to contribute to the dynamic environment of a startup. This role requires excellent attention to detail and the ability to work across various teams to ensure smooth procurement, production, and logistics operations.
Responsibilities:
- Manage procurement of materials and supplies, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery
- Maintain inventory levels to support production and fulfillment goals
- Collaborate with suppliers and negotiate contracts to secure the best prices and terms
- Track and analyze supply chain data, identifying areas for improvement
- Coordinate with manufacturing, quality control, and logistics teams to streamline operations
- Implement and manage enterprise resource planning (ERP) software for inventory and supply chain management
- Develop and maintain relationships with key vendors and suppliers
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements related to materials and suppliers
- Complete and maintain accurate supply chain documentation for traceability and quality assurance
Required qualifications:
- Prior experience in supply chain, procurement, or logistics
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to follow and optimize complex workflows
- Proficient in using ERP or similar inventory management software
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience in a regulated environment, preferably in MedTech or healthcare industries
- Familiarity with quality control and traceability processes
