Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests upon arrival with a friendly demeanor.
- Manage phone systems to handle incoming calls, inquiries, and reservations.
- Daily inputting in our IT systems
- Maintain an organized office environment by filing documents and managing records efficiently.
- Assist in checking guests in and out of the facility using computerized systems.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.
- Uphold professional phone etiquette while communicating with clients and vendors.
- Perform clerical duties as required to support daily operations.
Qualifications
- Previous experience as a Front Desk Agent.
- Proficient in using phone systems and computer software for administrative tasks.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in filing and record management.
- Excellent verbal communication skills;
- Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism.
