Certification Details BLS - Basic Life Support ACLS - Advanced Cardiac Life Support State License 1 Verification NURSYS Verification (RN, LPN / LVN, AP) Job Details Job Title : Radiology / Cardiology Location : PHP Atrium Medical Center, Middletown, Ohio Shift : 4x9 (36 hours) Call requirements : 30-minute response time (every fourth weekend and 2 nights per week) Duration : 13 weeks General responsibilities include advanced practice cardiac cath and peripheral angiography, electrophysiologic studies, and cardiac device implantation procedures. Job Requirements Must have cardiac cath lab experience >
1 yr. Prefer EP (electrophysiology) experience, EPIC, and MacLab. Schedule Information Shift : 730-1700 Days - (4x9 hr / shifts) Weekend call starts at 1700 Friday and goes to 0730 Monday. Unit Specific Information 3 cath labs - IR, CATH, EP Fast paced, high acuity Cath lab. Additional Details I9 required per contract. Government Issued Photo ID is required. E-Verify required per contract. Proof of Name Change required if applicable. Residency Declaration Form required if using a Compact Nursing license.
