Join our dynamic team as a Janitor and be a crucial part of maintaining a pristine and safe environment at one of our many stunning properties. We're looking for dedicated individuals who take pride in their work and contribute to creating an exceptional living experience for our residents.
As a Janitor, you'll work under the direct supervision of the Maintenance Manager, ensuring a clean and safe working environment for all residents. Your dedication to cleanliness will play a vital role in shaping the positive atmosphere of our community.
Key Responsibilities :
- Picking up debris, litter, pollen build up cleaning
- Ensure flower beds are free from debris
- Remove trash, leaves, and debris from walkways, parking lots, and common areas.
- Conduct light janitorial duties, such as cleaning the office, clubhouse bathrooms, meeting rooms, and the pool area.
- Monitor and report issues with irrigation systems or property fixtures.
- Assist with the setup and breakdown of furniture or equipment for community events and meetings.
- Inspect and maintain outdoor amenities, such as benches, trash cans, and signage.
- Notify the Facility Manager of any maintenance or repair needs observed during daily activities.
- Follow safety guidelines and procedures for the use of tools, equipment, and materials.
