Condominium Associates began managing condominium and homeowner associations in the Tampa Bay area in 1982 and presently have offices in Pasco, Pinellas, Sarasota and Hillsborough counties. We are a full-service association management company providing services in the areas of facilities management, financial management and administration.
Join our dynamic team as a part time porter / groundskeeper and be a crucial part of maintaining a pristine and safe environment at one of our many stunning properties. We're looking for dedicated individuals who take pride in their work and contribute to creating an exceptional living experience for our residents. As a Janitor, you'll work under the direct supervision of the Property Manager, ensuring a clean and safe working environment for all residents. Your dedication to cleanliness will play a vital role in shaping the positive atmosphere of our community.
This position requires consistent relaibility and attendance Monday through Friday from 8 : 00 am-12 : 00 am.
Responsibilities :
- Rotate two dumpsters 5x per week
- Roll out for pickup 3x per week
- Move 8 recycling bins to ground level for pickup 1x per week
- Remove discarded items from trashrooms as needed
- Canvass grounds for litter 5x per week
- Clean grounds with blower 3x per week
- Inspect two stairwells and pick up trash / spot clean as needed
- Walk hallways 2x per week to report carpet and ceiling tile stains to management
- Contribute to maintaining a safe environment by following operational and safety procedures
- Notify management of any maintenance or repair needs
- Follow all safety procedures and guidelines
