Job Summary :
Are you a proactive individual who values safety and attention to detail? Condominium Associates is seeking an energetic Property Rover to ensure the security, functionality, and appearance of our managed properties. As a Property Rover, you will play an essential role in maintaining our communities, assisting with maintenance tasks, and providing after-hours support. If you thrive in a diverse environment and are ready to tackle a variety of responsibilities, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities :
- Patrol the property, including seawalls and clubhouse areas, and inspect elevator pads after 6 pm.
- Post notices and flyers in mailrooms, elevators, and distribute hand-delivered communications.
- Replace walkway lights and conduct routine light checks for buildings on a rotating schedule.
- Secure pool umbrellas, arrange deck furniture, and ensure common areas are tidy.
- Inspect gas grills to ensure they are properly turned off when not in use.
- Complete work orders, maintenance requests, and incident reports as needed.
- Receive packages after hours and handle deliveries.
- Distribute the community's Monthly Quarterdecks and manage access at the back gate.
- Secure the clubhouse at the end of the day.
