**Job Description**
We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to join our oncology team at PHP Miami Valley Hospital.
The ideal candidate will have a passion for delivering high-quality patient care and a strong background in oncology nursing.
**Required Skills and Qualifications**
Must have current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the state of Ohio or eligible for compact license.
Experience working in an oncology unit with targeted patient ratios of 1:4 or higher.
Ability to work every other weekend and holiday.
Epic experience strongly preferred.
Must be able to float to all stepdown/advanced care units.
NIH Stroke Certification required.
Preferred qualifications include oncology experience, sickle cell experience, and chemotherapy certification.
