Certification Details BLS - Basic Life Support NIH Stroke Certification ACLS - Advanced Cardiac Life Support Job Details Registered Nurse position at PHP Miami Valley Hospital 36 or 48 hour contract Targeted patient ratios are 1 : 5-6 Must have SD / PCU experience to be considered EPIC experience required Pass an online EKG tele competency assessment before starting the assignment Floating and other requirements apply Job Requirements 1.5 years experience required BLS required NIH Stroke Certification required ACLS preferred IV Start competency required Travel experience preferred Schedule Information Must be available to work every other weekend / holiday Floating may occur at Premier's discretion 3 shifts may be canceled due to low census per contract Unit Specific Information Advanced Care Unit Nurses must be competent to run IV drips such as heparin, nitroglycerin, amiodarone, Cardizem, insulin, etc. Additional Details I9 required per contract Government Issued Photo ID required E-Verify required per contract Proof of Name Change required if applicable Residency Declaration Form required if using a Compact Nursing license
