  • BLS - Basic Life Support
  • NIH Stroke Certification
  • ACLS - Advanced Cardiac Life Support

Job Details

  • Registered Nurse position at PHP Miami Valley Hospital in Dayton, Ohio.
  • 36 or 48 hour contract with targeted patient ratios of 1 : 5-6.
  • Must have experience in SD or PCU, ICU experience does not count towards SD / PCU experience.

    • Job Requirements

  • 1.5 years of experience required, with some level 1 or 2 preferred.
  • EPIC experience is required.
  • Must pass an online EKG tele competency assessment before starting the assignment.
  • IV Start competency is required.
  • Travel experience preferred.

    • Schedule Information

  • Must be available to work every other weekend / holiday.
  • Floating may be required at Premier's discretion.

    • Unit Specific Information

  • Nurses must be competent to run IV drips such as heparin, nitroglycerin, amiodarone, Cardizem, insulin, etc.

    • Additional Details

  • I9 required per contract.
  • Government Issued Photo ID is required.
  • E-Verify required per contract.
  • Proof of Name Change required if applicable.
  • Residency Declaration Form required if using a Compact Nursing license.
