Job Details
36 or 48 hours
Minimum 1 YEAR CVICU experience REQUIRED (dedicated CVICU staff exp)
Level 1 Trauma experience preferred
Targeted patient ratios are 1 : 2
Must have experience with A-Lines, vents, drips, sheaths, dialysis, and draw ABGs
Travel experience preferred
EPIC experience Required
Floating and Other Requirements : Traveler will be first to float at Premier's discretion. Agency will float in / out of specialty clusters. It will be assigned a medically appropriate assignment or support the nursing care team of the unit floated to.
If assigned to MVH, this could include floating main campus (Dayton), south campus (Centerville) less than 10 miles from Main Campus and North Campus (Englewood) less than 15 miles from Main Campus.
Traveler must be available to work every other weekend / holiday.
Premier Health reserves the right to cancel 2 shifts due to low census per 13-week contract
Premier Health reserves the right to cancel agreement with 2 weeks' notice without fee or fine.
Travelers are not eligible for Premier health employee incentives.
Job Requirements
Pass an online EKG tele competency assessment before starting the assignment
BLS, ACLS and NIHSS required - must be able to read and interpret strips
Schedule Information
36 or 48 hours

AHA Only - NON-AHA certifications are only acceptable as placeholder while AHA certifications pending completion. RQI certifications are acceptable.
Certifications that are expiring within a week of start must be renewed and will not be accepted.
