Job Details
Registered Nurse position at PHP Miami Valley Hospital
48-hour contract with overtime paid after 48 hours
Must have experience in SD or PCU with a 1 : 5 ratio
Targeted patient ratios are 1 : 4-6
Must have vent experience
Floating required at Premier's discretion
Travelers must work every other weekend / holiday
Unit participates in team nursing model
Job Requirements
1.5 years of experience required
Pass online EKG tele competency assessment before starting
BLS, ACLS, and NIH certifications required
IV Start preferred
EPIC experience required
Travel experience preferred
Schedule Information
Floating may include assignments at main campus (Dayton), south campus (Centerville), and North Campus (Englewood)
RTO requests must be submitted with initial application
No RTO will be added after the offer
Unit Specific Information
Unit is currently a high-risk respiratory unit
Nurses are responsible for staffing the 36 HRRU / COVID beds and floating to the Neuro ICU
Use heated high flow, bipaps
Navy Blue Scrubs

Residency Declaration Form required if using a Compact Nursing license
