Certification Details

  • BLS - Basic Life Support
  • ACLS - Advanced Cardiac Life Support
  • NIH Stroke Certification

Job Details

  • Targeted patient ratios are 1 : 4, but they can be up to 1 : 5-6
  • 36 or 48 hours
  • For 48-hour contract, OT is paid out after 48 hours
  • Must have EPIC experience
  • Must have experience with stable chronic ventilators
  • 1.5 years experience and some level 1 or 2 preferred
  • Travel experience preferred
  • Floating and other requirements apply.

    • Job Requirements

  • Pass an online EKG tele competency assessment before starting the assignment
  • BLS, ACLS, and NIH Stroke Certification required
  • IV Start preferred
  • Traveler must be available to work every other weekend / holiday
  • Premier Health reserves the right to cancel 2 shifts due to low census per 13-week contract
  • RTO approval will be at the Manager's discretion
  • Submittal email must include application and current Nursys report.

    • Unit Specific Information

  • Floating may occur at Premier's discretion
  • Assigned to a medically appropriate assignment or support the nursing care team of the unit floated to, including high-risk respiratory unit / COVID

    • Additional Details

  • I9 required per contract
  • Government Issued Photo ID is required
  • E-Verify required per contract
  • Proof of Name Change required if applicable
  • Residency Declaration Form required if using a Compact Nursing license
  • Flu vaccination records required by November 13th
