Certification Details BLS - Basic Life Support ACLS - Advanced Cardiac Life Support State License 1 Verification NURSYS Verification (RN, LPN / LVN, AP) Job Details Must have the following requirements :
- Associate degree in Allied Health with an area of study or major : Radiologic Technology
- BLS is required through AHA and, ARRT, ODH certification. - Must have OR experience
- Travel experience preferred. Looking for the following shifts : Friday, Saturday, Sunday - 7a-7 : 30p (3 - 12-hour shifts) Floating and Other Requirements :
- Traveler will be first to float at Premier's discretion. Agency will float in / out of specialty clusters. It will be assigned a medically appropriate assignment or support the nursing care team of the unit floated to, including high-risk respiratory unit / COVID.
- If assigned to MVH, this could include floating the main campus (Dayton), south campus (Centerville) less than 10 miles from Main Campus, and North Campus (Englewood) less than 15 miles from Main Campus.
- Traveler must be available to work every other weekend / holiday.
- Premier Health reserves the right to cancel 2 shifts due to low census per 13-week contract.
- Premier Health reserves the right to cancel the agreement with 2 weeks' notice without fee or fine.
- Travelers are not eligible for Premier health employee incentives. Job Requirements
- Independently performs diagnostic radiographic procedures utilizing proper techniques and administration of contrast media.
- Works under their scope of practice and in accordance with certificate / licensure in the administration of medications, operation of equipment, and venipuncture.
- Coordinates patient flow and the activities of the Radiology Department.
- Exercises professional judgment in performing duties to maintain equipment in good working condition.
- May perform procedures in other imaging modalities based on departmental needs. May have on-call responsibilities. - Must have OR experience. Subcontractors - I-9 and E-Verify Attestation Form is required. Must be on the Lotus Branded form. Government Issued Photo ID is required. Everify required per contract. Subcontractors – I-9 and E-Verify Attestation Form is required. Must be on the Lotus Branded form and completed prior to start. Must be signed by hand or a legally binding electronic signature (i.e docusign or equivalent). Required if the candidate has a different name on their documents. Must provide legal documentation of the name change, such as a marriage license, divorce decree, etc. Required if the candidate will be using a Compact Nursing license that differs from the state in which they will be working. The state on the compact nursing license, driver’s license / state ID, and residency declaration form should match.
