Travel CT Technologist Job Description
We are seeking a skilled travel CT Technologist to perform high-quality imaging procedures using computed tomography (CT) equipment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate CT scanners to produce high-quality images of patients' internal structures.
- Position patients correctly for scans, taking into account their physical condition and any necessary precautions.
- Administer contrast agents as needed to enhance image quality.
- Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to ensure accurate diagnoses and patient care.
- Maintain accurate records of patient information, exam results, and medical history.
Requirements:
- A current licensure in an Allied Health Professional discipline is required.
- ASCP certification or registry eligibility is also required.
- A minimum of one year of experience in CT technology or a related field is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team is also required.
