* Conduct ultrasound procedures using various modalities (e.g., abdominal, obstetric, musculoskeletal)
* Prepare patients for exams, explain procedures, and ensure comfort during exams
* Analyze images and provide preliminary diagnoses
* Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to ensure accurate diagnoses and effective treatment plans
Skills and Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in Diagnostic Medical Sonography or related field
* ARDMS registration (RDCS or RDMS) in one or more modalities
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
Working Conditions:
* Work in a fast-paced clinical environment
* Lift and move heavy equipment (up to 50 pounds)
* Stand for long periods of time (up to 8 hours)
