We are seeking a skilled and experienced Travel CT Technologist to join our team in Rapid City, South Dakota.
Job Summary:
A 13-week travel contract is available for a highly motivated and detail-oriented CT Technologist. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work well in a fast-paced environment, and demonstrate a strong commitment to delivering high-quality patient care.
Key Responsibilities:Perform high-quality computed tomography (CT) scans on patients of all ages with varying levels of complexity. Prepare patients for procedures by explaining the process, positioning them correctly, and ensuring their safety and comfort. Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient information, scan data, and other relevant documentation. Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care. Participate in ongoing quality improvement initiatives to optimize departmental efficiency and patient outcomes.
Requirements:Current licensure as a Registered Technologist (RT) in Radiologic Sciences with a specialization in Computed Tomography (CT). At least 2 years of experience working as a CT Technologist in a hospital or imaging center setting. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and interdisciplinary teams. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to adapt to changing priorities and situations. Ability to work independently and collaboratively, with a focus on delivering exceptional patient care and maintaining a positive work environment.
