24 months minimum of current Med Surg experience - REQUIRED
Certifications must be American Heart Association OR American Red Cross, active upon submission and INCLUDED IN SUBMISSION - REQUIRED
No Nursys Hits - REQUIRED
Banner will not approve RTO within the first week or holidays. Can not exceed 7 days.
Certification Requirements : ACLS (AHA) BLS (AHA)
State License Requirements : Arizona, Compact Allowed
