Job Summary:
This role requires an experienced Interventional Radiology Technologist to work on a travel assignment in Colton, California. The successful candidate will have a strong background in Cardiac/Angio/Neuro/Vascular & Trauma cases and be able to scrub IR cases.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform various imaging procedures using X-ray equipment including angiography and fluoroscopy.
- Position patients for optimal image production and ensure that images are of high quality.
- Operate specialized equipment such as power injectors and C-arms.
- Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to achieve optimal patient care outcomes.
- Maintain accurate records and follow proper protocols for handling patient information.
Requirements:
- ARRT certification (Interventional Radiology)
- BLS (AHA) certification
- State License: California
- Minimum 1 year experience in Interventional Radiology, preferably in a hospital setting.
- Ability to work varied shifts, including days and nights.
