Required Certifications: Current Oregon Pharmacist License and BLS Certification through American Heart Association – PharmD preferred. Ideal candidates will have 3-5 years of Hospital Inpatient Pharmacist experience, Sterile compounding & Cerner experience, and Oncology experience.
