Phreesia is looking for a Lead Strategist to join our Life Sciences department! Over 120 million times per year, Phreesia has the chance to communicate with patients at a key moment just prior to talking to their healthcare teams, helping them better understand their conditions and options to make more informed decisions. The Lead Strategist will play a critical role in patient engagement strategy across the platform and drive meaningful relationships with our enterprise partners. You will be responsible for conceptualizing and optimizing campaigns and identify primary and secondary research opportunities to deliver more impactful healthcare experiences. We’re looking for someone with a deep understanding of US Pharma marketing, who is creative and eager to take a leadership role in developing end-to-end patient engagement strategies that support positive patient outcomes.
What You'll Do:
- Support and initiate strategic relationships with enterprise partners while driving thought leadership related to patient engagement, education, and behavior change.
- Develop multi-year strategic plans for enterprise accounts and work closely with Client Experience teams to identify opportunities to grow them.
- Create clear, compelling, data-driven recommendations using performance data in partnership with Analytics and Insights, and Research teams to optimize campaigns, and generate new ideas.
- Have a well-reasoned point of view about what we should be engaging patients to do at the point of care.
- Work closely with Product and User Experience teams to identify areas of improvement for content tools across the platform to evaluate ways to pursue new initiatives.
- Conceptualize lean pilots and what would be needed to elevate initial tests into robust, scalable offerings.
- Lead and inform framework for brainstorming sessions and collaborate with Market Development, Product, Research, Analytics and Insights, and other teams on pilots to lead to better patient outcomes.
What You'll Bring:
- Bachelor's Degree required; MBA, MPH, MPP or other graduate degree a plus
- 7 years of relevant work experience in content strategy, content development, population health, health education, health behavior, digital health technology, or an adjacent space
- Very strong problem definition and solution criteria skills: ability to isolate significant drivers and relationships within complex systems, specify requirements, and generate elegant solutions
- Deep understanding of US Pharma, Pharma marketing, and our enterprise clients’ business and experience leading and growing relationships with top US pharma companies
- Ability to drive change, influence thought, and promote consensus across a matrix organization and build meaningful relationships with all stakeholders
- Strong ability to drive independent as well as large collaborative projects to success
- Flexible, curious, and proactive, with outstanding problem solving, analytical, and project management skills
Salary : $145,000 - $150,000
