  • to join their team. This role requires experience in both
  • front and back office duties
  • including
  • EKGs, injections, triage calls, patient scheduling, and rooming patients
  • Internal medicine experience is a plus but not required.

  • Work Schedule :
  • Monday–Thursday, 9 : 00 AM–5 : 00 / 5 : 30 PM; Fridays end around 2 : 00 PM
  • Dress Code :
  • Solid scrubs

  • Medical Assistant Responsibilities :
  • Perform
  • EKGs, injections, immunizations, and B12 shots
  • Handle
  • triage phone calls
  • schedule patient appointments
  • Room patients
  • and prepare them for exams
  • Assist physicians during procedures
  • Accurately document patient information in
  • PracticeFusion EMR
  • Ensure examination rooms are clean and fully stocked
  • Medical Assistant Qualifications :
  • Formal
  • Medical Assistant certification
  • or equivalent education
  • Experience in
  • Internal Medicine
  • is a plus (not required)
  • Bilingual in Armenian is preferred but not required
  • Comfortable working in a
  • busy office seeing approximately 35 patients per day
  • Must be
  • organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask
