X-Ray Technician | Full-Time | West Hills, CA

Seeking a skilled Radiologic Technologist to join a surgical team in Southern California. This role involves assisting surgeons in the sterile field and performing diagnostic X-ray procedures to ensure accurate imaging and patient safety.

About the X-Ray Technician Role:

• Location: West Hills, CA
• Travel: West Hills, Thousand Oaks, Beverly Hills, and Bakersfield (twice monthly)
• Pay: $30–$40/hr., based on experience
• Type: Full-Time

X-Ray Technician Responsibilities:

• Prepare patients for X-ray procedures, ensuring safety and comfort.
• Operate and adjust radiographic equipment for optimal imaging results.
• Follow safety and infection control protocols to protect patients, staff, and self.
• Position patients and develop X-rays as directed by physicians, ensuring clarity and accuracy.
• Maintain and perform basic repairs on radiology equipment, managing supplies as needed.
• Keep accurate patient records and distribute X-rays to appropriate medical staff.
• Perform quality control checks and ensure adherence to safety standards.

X-Ray Technician Requirements:

• Associate’s degree in Radiologic Technology from an accredited program.
• Current state X-ray certificate/license and Fluoroscopy Certificate.
• 1–3 years of experience as an X-ray technician (Pain Management experience preferred).
• ARRT certification preferred.
• Knowledge of X-ray procedures, anatomy, and equipment safety.
• Ability to lift and position patients for imaging procedures.
