As a Sales Specialist at Phusion Projects, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth and expanding our presence in the global market. Our company is committed to innovation and disruption, and we're looking for someone who shares these values.
You will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with key accounts to influence distribution of Phusion brands. This will involve developing strong relationships with distributors and retailers, creating displays and increasing brand visibility with focused SKUs, pricing, and program POS.
Key responsibilities include:
- Executing sales and promotional programs with wholesalers.
- Collaborating with key distributor sales reps to ensure focus on the Phusion portfolio at accounts.
- Leveraging selling resources to support accounts, including programming execution, sampling, POS, etc.
- Partnership with internal Phusion teams (ASM, RM, and KAMs) to ensure alignment and execution at accounts.
- Fiscal responsibility for maintaining assigned budgets.
- Ensuring proper merchandising standards are executed in the market, including in-store programming and out-of-store permanent POS.
