Job Description
We're seeking a highly motivated Sales Specialist to join our team at Phusion Projects. As a Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for building and maintaining key relationships with accounts to drive distribution of our brands. You will also drive new distribution opportunities, create engaging displays, and increase brand visibility through strategic SKU's, pricing, and program POS in independent and chain outlets.
This role requires excellent organizational skills, strong interpersonal abilities, and the ability to adapt to changing situations. Comfort with technology and a willingness to travel are also essential.
Responsibilities
- Work closely with wholesalers to execute sales and promotional programs.
- Collaborate with distributor sales reps to ensure focus on Phusion brands at accounts.
- Leverage selling resources to support accounts.
- Partner with internal teams to ensure alignment and execution across accounts.
- Manage budgets to achieve set sales goals.
- Maintain proper merchandising standards, including in-store programming and out-of-store permanent POS.
