PHX Beer Co. Activation Team

About the Role

We are a Local to Phoenix Brewery seeking individuals who are interested in educating consumers on PHX Beer Co local beers at tastings and events at various locations throughout the Valley. We are looking for part-time Brand Ambassadors who will be assigned to liquor store tastings, industry events, bar/restaurant promotions, and/or outside market/festival events. We are hiring Brand Ambassadors throughout the Valley.

Responsibilities: Being a Brand Ambassador is a hospitality and sales position. The Brand Ambassador is responsible for:

· Showing up and arriving on time to scheduled events

· Driving to assigned store/bar/restaurant or event locations

· Transport, Set-up and take-down of any equipment, product, and marketing materials

· Sampling customers and understanding and educating customers on the products

· Providing genuine, friendly, courteous, professional service to customers

· Utilization of problem-solving skills when situations do not go as planned

· Proper terminology and/or product knowledge

· Enthusiastically promote and educate consumers about PHX Beer Co brands at various venues (liquor stores, bars, restaurants, events).

· Engage with customers in a friendly and approachable manner, initiating conversations about the brand and its features.

· Conduct tastings and samplings, highlighting the unique qualities and flavors of the products.

· Distribute promotional materials (e.g., brochures, coupons, merchandise) and encourage social media engagement.

· Track daily activities, including customer interactions, samples distributed, and key account visits.

· Submit timely reports to the supervisor, providing insights and observations from the field.

· Maintain a professional appearance and always adhere to brand guidelines.

Qualifications:

· Outgoing and Engaging Personality: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect with diverse audiences.

· Passion for beer, knowledge of beer

· Prior experience with group interactions, presenting and/or working events

· Sales experience a plus

· Availability and willingness to travel locally with products for tasting/sales event

· Positive and friendly, demonstrates top notch customer service

· Ability to always communicate clearly and effectively, through written and verbal forms

· Must be able to sample the product and to effectively communicate product benefits

· Practice 100% compliance with all Liquor Authority laws and directives always

· Legally eligible to work in the US

· Be at least 21 years old

· Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are required.

· Availability for Thursday and Friday afternoon and evenings with some weekends as needed

Physical Requirements:

· Ability to frequently lift at least 30 lbs., at times 50lbs

· Standing- up to 12 hours per day on occasion

· Schedule: Thursday and Friday afternoons/evenings with Weekends as needed

· Education: High school or equivalent

· Job Type: Part-time

· Expected hours: 12 – 20 per week

License/Certification:

· Driver's License (Required)

· Work Location: On the road
