Phoenix-based industrial plastic and metal fabrication company that specializes in custom-made products for the high purity industries is seeking a qualified candidate to take on a Sales role on our Business Development Team.
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Consults with potential customers to understand their needs; identify and suggest
- Equipment, products, or services that will meet those needs.
- Resolves customer complaints
- Meets established sales quotas
- Acts as company representative at trade association meetings.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Required Skills/Abilities:
· Familiarity with the high purity industries, including biomedical, clean rooms, and semiconductor processing and pharmaceutical industries
· Minimum of 3 years of Sales experience
· Exemplary written and verbal communication skills.
· Motivated, self-starter.
· Strong research and analytical skills.
· Excellent sales and customer service skills with proven negotiation skills.
· Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
· Proficiency with MS Office 365, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
· Clean driving record.
· Ability to work 45-50 hours a week.
· Use and read tape measure, calipers, and other devices.
· Ability to read CAD prints and P&IDs.
· Pass a pre-employment background check, drug test and I-9 E-Verify
Preference Given:
· Experience handling local, state, and federal government contract jobs.
· Prior experience working with industrial plastics (e.g., PP, PVC, CPVC, PVDF) and various ratings (e.g., FM4910.)
· Military Veterans.
· Eagle Scouts.

· Competitive Base Salary plus commissions
