What are the responsibilities and job description for the Registered Nurse/LPN position at Phycinity?
Phycinity is a busy medical practice in Huntersville, NC. We are looking for an RN or LPN to support our providers and perform administrative tasks to help with patient care. You should be a self-starter with strong problem-solving skills and be able to work well under pressure. You should have an interest in medicine and enjoy serving others.
Responsibilities:
- Take medical histories, vital signs and administer injections and other medications (e.g. vaccinations).
- Perform tasks assigned by the provider: taking blood pressure and temperature, collecting specimens, scheduling patients appointments etc.
- Gather necessary information regarding patients’ health conditions from family members or other sources.
- Record reason for visit and pertinent health information in patients' medical charts.
- Assist with referrals, pre authorizations, and answering nursing questions
Requirements:
- LPN or RN license in North Carolina
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $23.50 - $30.00 per hour
