We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Data Analyst to support data mapping, reporting, and automation initiatives within our organization. This role will involve assisting with data warehouse (DW) data mapping, supporting month-end closing processes, conducting data analysis, and developing reports using various enterprise solutions. Hybrid Schedule - On-site presence required Monday through Wednesday, with remote work available on Thursday and Friday.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS
Work requires sitting for extended periods. Frequent standing and walking for prolonged periods, as well as some bending and stooping. Occasional lifting up to 25 pounds. - Assist in DW data mapping using keys or name fields for providers, CPT codes, appointment types, payors, and other data elements.
- Support and transition less complex workflows from month-end closing processes (e.g., journal entry production, DW loads).
- Gather requirements, perform basic data analysis, conduct data quality reviews, and design data flows and reporting structures.
- Address internal inquiries regarding data and reporting needs, taking ownership of recurring processes and identifying opportunities for automation.
- Develop simple reports and design business metrics using Tableau, SQL views, transitional tables, and online/offline data connections.
- Handle repetitive data requests and extractions for marketing, finance, operations, provider compensation, and metadata needs.
- Develop and maintain documentation for DW processes, including workflow analysis, code interpretation, and flow diagram creation.
- Assist with managing incoming data requests, extracting data for stakeholders, and facilitating basic communications related to data needs.
- Previous experience in data analytics and/or reporting.
- Strong proficiency with data files and Excel for data storage, transfer, and extraction.
- Experience in SQL within an enterprise environment, including T-SQL query design (SELECT, UPDATE, INSERT, MERGE) and troubleshooting.
- Hands-on experience with at least one enterprise reporting solution such as Tableau, Cognos, Crystal Reports, MicroStrategy, Power BI, Looker, Qlik, or SQL Reporting Services.
- Understanding of designing and deploying business metrics in SQL and/or reporting platforms.
- Experience with data quality assurance and ETL processes, ensuring data accuracy and completeness.
- Basic understanding of data marts, data warehousing, and data mapping methodologies.
- Familiarity with automation and workflow processes, with the ability to interpret and document code and workflows (experience with BMC Helix/Control-M is a plus).
- Programming experience in one or more languages such as PowerShell, Python, T-SQL, Tableau, C#, or other object-oriented programming languages is a plus.
- Strong analytical skills, problem-solving mindset, and ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal), attention to detail, professionalism, and ability to adapt to a dynamic work environment.
