Salary Range: Negotiable and highly competitive! Salary Range $105,000 to $120,000 annually Quarterly Incentive up to 15% of Salary Full Benefits. Individual salaries dependent experience and job related factors.

Position Summary:
- Responsibility for the day-to-day clinical operations
- Lead by example by carrying a caseload and creating Individualized care plans for each client
- Utilize patient centered metrics to ensure customer satisfaction and clinical efficiency
- Manage schedule and payroll
- Market to local referral sources and community to grow the business
- Training of new employees for their role and responsibilities
- Identify staff development opportunities to facilitate advancement of their clinical skills
- Comply with all federal, state, and insurance-based rules and regulations
Qualifications:
- Graduation from a physical therapy curriculum approved by the American Physical Therapy Association
- Current State licensure for the practice of physical therapy
- Minimum of two years of experience as a Physical Therapist
- Sports/ortho experience
