Salary Range $95,000 to $115,000 annually Quarterly Incentive Benefits. Individual salaries dependent on location, experience and job-related factors.

Highline Physical Therapy is seeking a Physical Therapist Clinic Director for our Burien clinic. As a clinic director you will play a crucial role in providing patient care, fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence, and leading our team to deliver exceptional care. Highline Physical Therapy is a brand of Physical Rehabilitation Network (or PRN). We're owner-operator of over 200 leading regional outpatient physical therapy clinics spanning across 16 states. We have grown over the years, but one thing has remained the same : our commitment to providing expert care in the areas of orthopedic and sports injuries, in a caring and compassionate manner with superior patient outcomes.

About Our Burien Clinic :

Our Burien clinic is just south of Seattle, WA located at the Three Tree Medical Arts Building at St. Anne's Hospital. It is our largest outpatient physical therapy clinic providing comprehensive orthopedic care. Our team of experienced and highly skilled therapists and board-certified specialists provide care in areas of sports rehabilitation, orthopedic, worker's compensation, spine rehabilitation and more! Our Burien location is one of the few clinics offering massage therapy, aquatic therapy, and is connected to an inpatient facility.

Our Clinic Director is supported by our Regional Director who provides expertise in the market, support in patient care by treating patients, mentorship, and guidance.

  • Essential Job Functions :

  • Leadership & Management : Provide visionary leadership to the clinic staff, fostering a culture of collaboration, professionalism, and excellence. Oversee day-to-day operations, including scheduling, staffing, and resource allocation of clinical staff as well as non clinical staffing including but not limited to front office and aide staff. Developing referral relationships to influence referral generation Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve clinic goals and objectives.
  • Patient Care & Experience : Ensure the delivery of high-quality patient care in accordance with best practices and company standards. Monitor patient satisfaction and implement initiatives to enhance the overall patient experience. Deliver best in class customer service. Manage cases of all patients in the center.
  • Staff Development & Training : Recruit, train, and supervise clinical and administrative staff. Conduct performance evaluations and provide coaching and mentorship to support staff growth and development.
  • Financial Management : Manage the clinic's budget, monitor financial performance, and implement strategies for revenue growth and cost control. Deliver on KPI expectations. Manage staff hours (not sure how to say this nicely) Basically control the amount of staff we have or send them home if not busy
  • Compliance & Regulatory Adherence : Ensure compliance with relevant healthcare regulations, company policies, and industry standards. Maintain accurate documentation and uphold ethical standards in patient care.
  • Qualifications :

  • Minimum of 5 years of clinical experience, with 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role
  • Experience in an outpatient physical therapy setting required
  • Graduation from a physical therapy curriculum approved by the American Physical Therapy Association.
  • Current State licensure for the practice of physical therapy.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Proven track record in clinic management, staff development, and achieving operational goals.
  • Knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance standards.
  • Ability to take on a challenge with excitement
  • Ability to adapt to change and think in real time
  • Physical Requirements :

  • Mobility : Ability to move around freely to assist patients and therapists.
  • Lifting : Capable of lifting and carrying equipment or assisting patients as needed (up to 50 pounds).
  • Standing : Extended periods of standing and walking during therapy sessions.
  • Manual Dexterity : Proficiency in handling therapy tools and equipment.
  • Visual and Auditory Skills : Ability to observe patients and communicate effectively.
  • Flexibility : Adaptability to changing tasks and schedules in a dynamic healthcare environment.
