**Duties:**
- Assist licensed Physical Therapists with patient assessments, treatment plans, and therapy sessions.
- Provide direct patient care, including exercises.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient progress and treatment plans.
- Assist with cleaning and preparing therapy equipment for use.
- Participate in patient education and training, including providing instructions on proper exercise techniques and postural alignment.
- Demonstrate a strong understanding of patient care and the principles of geriatrics and acute care.
- Maintain a safe and clean environment for patients, staff, and visitors.
- Collaborate with the physical therapy team to ensure seamless care and effective communication.
**Requirements:**
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Completion of a Physical Therapy Aide program or on-the-job training preferred.
- Prior experience in a hospital or outpatient setting, particularly in geriatrics and acute care.
- Strong knowledge of patient care and hospital medicine principles.
- Ability to lift, push, and pull equipment and patients, as needed.
- Ability to follow instructions and work effectively in a team environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with the principles of physiology and the ability to apply this knowledge in a practical setting.
- Ability to inhale and work in a fast-paced environment.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
