Key Responsibilities:
Assists in implementing individualized treatment plans under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist
Provide patient-centered support to help individuals regain function and mobility
Educate patients on proper therapeutic exercises and techniques
Maintain accurate patient records and progress reports
Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care
Qualifications: Active PTA license in Massachusetts
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Experience in workers compensation or trauma cases is a plus
A passion for helping others achieve their rehabilitation goals
Salary : $66,600 - $83,000
