Physical Therapy & Sports Medicine Centers (PTSMC) is hiring a full-time Physical Therapist at our Fairfield clinic. The ideal candidate will have prior experience treating orthopedic patients. Additional experience or interest in treating pelvic health patients preferred. New graduates are welcome to apply.

Responsibilities
- Identify and meet patients’ goals and needs
- Provide and maintain appropriate high standards of clinical care to patients
- Take a “patient-first” approach to care by establishing a friendly, trustworthy rapport with patients
- Create custom treatment plans using a variety of treatment techniques that help improve clients’ motion and mobility
- Motivate patients during treatment to help them function optimally and achieve their goals
- Communicate effectively with physicians and other relevant healthcare providers
- Complete daily documentation with appropriate charges and authorization requirements within established deadlines
- Discharge patients appropriately, providing education and home programs as needed
- Promote our “PT for Life” philosophy in community settings
Requirements
- Degree from an accredited physical therapy program
- Valid Physical Therapy license or eligibility to apply
