Physician Affiliate Group of New York (PAGNY) is adding a Dermatologist to the group at Gotham Health/Tremont, an ambulatory FQHC community-based practice for the NYC Health Hospitals System, located on Webster Avenue in the Bronx. Gotham Health/Tremont is a new, state-of-the-art health center providing comprehensive primary care to the entire family, including patients at high risk of contracting Covid-19, as well as short- and long-term follow-up care for those recovering from the disease.

Qualifications
- NY State Medical License
- Completion of an accredited residency/fellowship in Dermatology
- 1 years of experience preferred - New graduating residents and fellows are encouraged to apply
- Board Certified or Board Eligible
Wages and Benefits include:
Annual Base Salary: $344,000* based on 40-hour work week. Additional compensation available for extra call or sessional/per diem hours.
The annual total value of the compensation package is estimated at $433,920**, which includes the baseline salary, 401 (k) contribution, sessional/per diem hours, and other factors as set forth below:
- Estimated annual compensation for 10 additional sessional/per diem hours worked per week is $55,520.
- 401(k) Company Contribution (subject to IRS contribution limits):
- Employees are immediately vested in a 3% company contribution of base earnings. No employee match is required.
- After one year of service, employees receive an additional 7% company contribution of base earnings. No employee match is required.
