Overview
Physician Affiliate Group of New York (PAGNY) is adding a Director of Primary Care to the Adult Primary Care Practice at NYC Health Hospitals / Jacobi , located in the Bronx. The practice cares for a large and diverse population of medically complex ambulatory patients. NYC Health Hospitals / Jacobi Medical Center is affiliated with NYC Health Hospitals, the country’s largest public health system. The practice is in our state-of-the-art ambulatory pavilion, adjacent to the inpatient facility in the northeast Bronx. We are a designated Level III Patient-Centered Medical Home using clinical innovation to improve patient outcomes. The hospital maintains an academic affiliation with Albert Einstein Medical College . We pride ourselves on excellence in our care and training of internal medicine residents and medical students. Responsibilities
- Evening and Saturday Clinics : Opportunities to provide care during extended hours
- Comprehensive On-Site Services : Including x-ray, lab, MRI, and CT
- Administrative Time : 25% for administrative duties
- Educational Role : Split your day between direct patient care and precepting housestaff alongside attending faculty
- Leadership Development : Access to NYC Health Hospitals Quality Academy training
- Flexible Work Environment : 100% outpatient with optional inpatient responsibilities
Qualifications
Wages and Benefits include :
Annual Base Salary : $225,000
The annual total value of the compensation package is estimated at $287,500 , which includes the baseline salary, 401 (k) contribution, sessional / per diem hours, and other factors as set forth below :
Employees are immediately vested in a 3% company contribution of base earnings. No employee match is required.

The annual base salary listed complies with the New York City law on Salary Transparency in Job Advertisements. The annual base salary listed is for full-time employment and does not include bonuses / incentive compensation or benefits. Actual total compensation depends on many factors, including experience, specialties, historical productivity, and historical collections.
Salary : $40,000 - $225,000
